This website is operated by She’s Limitless (“we”, “our”, “us”). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies or notices referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from She’s Limitless.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, fabrics, and fit. However, variations may occur due to screen settings or photography. All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

At She’s Limitless, every piece is carefully designed and quality-checked before shipping.

No refunds or exchanges on ‘Sale’ items or Evening Wear. Store credit only. 

For non-sale items:

Please note returns will only be accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/labels attached, within 14 days of receipt. Items that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have makeup marks or stains on them will not be accepted as returns. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase within 5 business days of receipt of goods. 

If a garment is the we can exchange it with the same garment in a different size. All return and exchange postage costs are at the customer’s expense.

Any product being returned must be in its original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging & not defective as a result of misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, graphics, designs, and text — is the property of She’s Limitless and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She’s Limitless will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
