Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on eligible full-price items — unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items with makeup, perfume or deodorant marks cannot be accepted. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Sale items and evening wear have separate conditions.
